Murcia is famous for the finest Fino lemons and each Fino lemon is hand-picked, hand-peeled and hand-dried in the hot Spanish sun. Bombay Sapphire Sunset is our second limited edition expression inspired by the delicate warmth and golden orange flow of the setting sun. Bombay Sapphire Sunset adds Indian White Cardamom, Turmeric and Mercian Sun-dried mandarin peel to create a softly spiced flavour profile with a background hit of bittersweet citrus. Perfect for enjoying on a Summer's evening.

The spirit has a unique royal origin, with many of its citrus and herbal notes sourced from botanicals gathered in the Buckingham Palace Gardens. Lemon verbena, hawthorn berries and mulberry leaves are among the 12 botanicals hand-picked for the gin in the Gardens at Buckingham Palace, which span 16 hectares and provide a habitat for 30 species of bird and over 250 species of wild flower.
